  I visited the Royal Oak Mr. Lube last evening and had a fantastic experience! The young man who worked on my car (Jason) was personable, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. His customer service skills far surpassed anything I have experienced at other drive-in automotive shops. Jason most definitely deserves to be recognized!

  Maddy and her team were a great help assisting me with no booking when I was having a horrible Monday. One of my tires blew out on Stoney trail and I was in need to get my winter tires installed. They were friendly and prompt. It’s nice to know a woman knows her stuff when it comes to vehicles. Thank you Maddy!

  I’ve been to this location a few times now. They stick with the job until it is done properly and have always been polite and respectful! I like supporting businesses who have employees that genuinely care for their customers!
