Wow, I don't know where to begin! I visted Westpointe dental back in July with a hugely swollen gum above a tooth that was previously treated back in the UK for a root canal several years before. I walked in in a complete panic with no appointment booked and only two days in Calgary in which to have it looked at, before embarking on a week long hike. They immediately made space for me in their busy schedule, taking x-rays and pictures of the tooth and an appointment with Dr. Yaholnitsky. Carla sent the x-rays off to a specialist who they called a favour in with (he was going on holiday imminently) to look at them, who assured us the x-ray looked ok. I was sent home with a germicidal mouthwash and cotton swabs to clean the tooth with, and they made another appointment to see me the next day. I saw Dr. Yaholnitsky again, who then gave me a free washbag including two new toothbrushes, mouthwash, swabs, and special cleaners for getting under the gum. He also gave me the contact details of dentists he recommended in Vancouver to contact if my tooth flared up again. I was absolutely amazed by the speed of the service and the immense care the entire team at this clinic- I have never had an experience like it. As a 22-year old English backpacker passing through the area for just two days I was just so grateful to them all and I will never forget their generosity! Their response was that they have kids a similar age to me, and that they would hope they would be looked after just as well as I was if they were travelling abroad. I could not recommend them more. (Another thing I noticed was a huge box of toys that kids could chose a toy from after their appointment, which was a lovely touch).
This is the best dental practice that I have ever gone too. The staff is amazing and always puts your care first. Even when you go in for something that ends up being so silly they take the time to make sure all is good and make you feel so comfortable. They are like a family and treat their patients the same. Dr. Denny and Staff thank you so much for everything you do!!!

Best dentists I could ever hope to have take care of my family. Very good with kids too! The hygenists and admin staff are fantastic as well.
