Dr. Dirk Thompson

My family have been going to Dr Thompson for over 10 years. They are amazing and very accommodate with appointment. I took the kids in yesterday and Pauline was so great with the kids and did an amazing job. My daughter needs to see a physiotherapist. Pauline took the time to explain everything to me and gave me all the information that I needed. The ladies in the front desk are always go above and beyond to help with the appointment time. They are amazing team!!

Dr. Thompson and his staff at Advance Your Health have been phenomenal since I started going there over ten years ago. I went in today for a cleaning and Pauline was excellent. She is very friendly and always does a great job. She goes the extra mile to make sure your appointment is a breeze and as painless as possible. Definitely recommend this team!

Dr. Thompson has been my dentist for the past 12 years since I moved to Calgary. It started with myself, and since then Dr. Thompson has welcomed my wife and son to be his patients. I have had routine as well as cosmetic work done with Dr. Thompson, and just like the tag line - I really do love my smile. Dirk is hands down the most down to earth and personable professional I’ve ever met. Over the years his clinic has experienced noticeable upgrades, and shows off a trendy modern look. Although I don’t know what all the fancy equipment does, you can truly see the investment in this space. He has a team of veteran support who have loyal to his brand for the entire time I’ve been one of his patients. I enjoy the transparency, communication, and friendly welcome every time I speak to Jessica at reception. I also see the value in making an effort to try and keep continuity in your personal hygienist. Although they are all great, I appreciate being booked with Pauline as she has helped and monitored my personal dental hygiene goals. She is also great with children, and my toddler is very comfortable with her. Thank you to everyone at Advance Your Health Dental for always going the extra mile to take care of our family!

I've been going to this office for over 10 years. The team is always very friendly, professional, and thorough. Plus, the little extras like massage chairs, TV & remote, blankets and even eye masks are awesome. Pauline (hygienist) is gentle and thorough, very very good at what she does. Dr. Thompson is always going above and beyond, even offering to stay late to make sure you are taken care of. Direct billing always well taken care of as well. Evening appointments fill up fast but other than that, I am very happy with this office and the entire team.

It was my first time at this clinic and i experience fantastic service from everyone. Front desk was nice and friendly. The establishment was professional and clean. My appointment time was kept. Probably the best cleaning appointment i have had. Pauline, my dental hygienist was excellent, bedside manner was great, she is steady with tools (no pinching or spills during cleaning), i had no discomfort what so ever. Dr. Thompson is the friendliest dentist i have ever met. Professional and did not rush, he took his time going over my assessment made sure to answer all my questions.
