  Definitely great gym I've never worked out before and started tra0ining with Jason west at this gym he is awsome fun to train with he helps in every way makes it hard but fun I will follow Jason west wherever he goes !! But if your looking for a fun ea0sy to talk to trainer I do recommend him ????????????

  Recently retired I was keen to add a fitness routine to my life after some years away from a formal program. After some email Q&A with Carl the manager of CityFit I was referred to and matched with Thomas Kleinsasser (Inklein Performance). Thomas spent 1h with me in a complimentary session asking me a range of questions as to my objectives with a lot of detail into lifestyle and an explanation of the interaction between fitness; nutrition, sleep patterns and other lifestyle elements Thomas was very flexible on how we would roll out a training routine for me and we commenced on a 12 session / 6-week program.
  
  I am so very pleased with the result. What I imagined would be a "no pain - no gain" process like it was "back then" was a revelation of what a modern and holistic approach looks like and can be. After our 12-session Thomas equipped me with 3 varied sessions, each with 7 exercises that now compose my weekly workouts.
  
  CityFit is an outstanding facility not only in the range of dedicated athletic trainers like Thomas but in the amazing array of equipment. There is a very wide choice of machines and free weight jigs. Most impressive are the wide selection of devices for static exercises specifically intended for flexibility, range of motion and building core strength which is exactly why I came to City Fit.

  Great facility with excellent equipment and knowledgeable trainers. I was looking for a gym that I could train at over the lunch hour, it’s a short commute from downtown but well worth it, it’s quiet, unlike the lunch hour crowd downtown.

  I found the people that work at City Fit gym friendly and they make me feel comfortable. The gym is always clean with a good atmosphere. I feel I can focus on my exercises without interruptions. I like the products available to use in the women's locker, like shampoo, hairdryer......and I love the sauna. Although I find that I have to park far away.....I convince myself that the extra time walking from the car is part of my warm up.

  I reluctantly write this review because I really want to be selfish and have the gym all to myself, but that's not cool. I've been training here for the last 3 years and I won't be leaving anytime soon. They have top notch equipment and other stuff you don't typically see at other gyms. I've also trained with two of their trainers, Bonnie and Geoff, who are awesome!! Completely dedicated to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. The other thing that I really appreciate about this gym is that its a very respectful environment and doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey, everyone there is working hard to improve themselves.
