(July 20, 2016, 2:28 am)My experience with this company was very satisfying. I was helped and communicated very well regarding the lead time and the employees were very knowledgeable. I did find phone conversation a little challenging, but email communication was very prompt. They did provide me a lead time of 3 - 4 weeks for some of my plumbing products, as they were special orders. All products were delivered to me on time. The prices and services were great. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone.
