I had an issue with soap dispensers with citron and have contacted by email on April 6th and was given a reply for a few days. Until the 10th it seems like Nobody cared about my washroom hygiene for over a month until today. I had to call the office again to check if ANYBODY is coming out. I had a service tech Matt came by to repair and what he found out was I was given the wrong soap brand so it doesn’t fitI’ve been with this company for over a year and this mistake shouldn’t even happen. I’m glad the tech came today and have everything fixed up to date.
