  Erin in Sales and Kim in finance were very helpful while my husband and I were looking for a new car. We ended up buying used through a family friend instead, but they went above and beyond in helping us find an agreeable interest rate and monthly payment. The New Car Sales Manager, Dmitri, was great with refunding our deposit no problem at the end and making sure we’re good to go. We’ll be back when we’re in a better position to buy new.

  I took a test drive on a 2007 Santa Fe with Phil who answered all my questions regarding this particular model; and I had a lot. He also let me put the vehicle through the paces after showing me some of the controls. I appreciated his respectful and patient demeanor. He also took the time to confirm that all the recalls for this vehicle were completed by contacting the Hyundai delearship. This allowed me to make an informed decision Thank you Phil!

  I chose to shop at Kramer Mazda because of their reputation for customer service and I was not disappointed. I was in the market for a used car and I had a strict budget; my sales rep provided options that met my criteria and made the experience very positive. I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Kramer Mazda as I know they will be well looked after.

  Glad to be part of the Kramer Mazda Family again.
  We had a 2012 Mazda 3 and we loved it...time has past and I was in need of a fun and reliable second vehicle.
  From the first emails back and forth with Susan Yip, we knew she was going to do her best to see that we found the right car for us and our budget.
  We looked at a few options and settled on a 2014 Mazda 3 with only 55,000km (barely broken in).
  We were introduced to Mike in used car sales, and he went over the car for us...after that test drive, I was sold...the car checked all of the boxes that I was looking for. Mike took the time to listen to our wants and needs....then it was back to Susan to get us this car and make it fit into our budget...and she did just that.
  The day I came to pick up my new car...was an experience I had never had at any other dealership...I met Adam, a delivery specialist, who went over all of the features of the car with me, he even offered to pair my phone to the car's Bluetooth. What made the experience that extra special is that this was all done inside of the show room, in an area closed off by velvet ropes (I get it...to some this would mean very little...but it is those extras that I won't forget)
  Since purchasing the car, I have received either an email or a call from both Mike and Susan to see how I have enjoyed the car this first week...it is nice to know that now the sale is done that they still want to follow up. Again, something I appreciate.
  Would I recommend Kramer Mazda...absolutely...
  From previous experience, I know how good the service department is.
  Easy to say this is 5 stars out of 5 for me.

  I had an exceptional experience at Kramer Mazda. I worked closely with Krista for finding the right vehicle. She was receptive to my needs and wants, and informative on the vehicle I test drove. Adam, delivery department, met me for pick-up and he was also fantastic for giving me the run-down of my new vehicle. The sales manager, Haley, was very professional and met me both times I was in to let me know she is at my service as well. The whole process felt smooth, easy, and stress-free! Wonderful staff. Thank you all for your hard efforts and professionalism.
