Karl (last name I think starts with an F) made us feel welcomed and showed us many different options that could fit our needs. We didnt end up buying a car than, but whoever needs or is looking into purchasing a car, come down and ask for Karl. He makes you feel like family and makes these important decision feel supported.

(June 29, 2019, 4:49 am)Loved that there was no pressure to buy! I was not thinking about an upgrade my vehicle but I received a promotional email from a lovely girl named Victoria. GM had a bonus tag offer and I couldn't refuse! I then communicated with another lovely girl named Amanda who was able to give me an appraisal on my current truck and I could refuse!! Easiest transaction with even having to step foot in the dealership!

We went into the dealership not knowing what we wanted or what our budget was. Karl was patient, non-pushing and very friendly with how he approached our case.
At no point did we ever feel forced into signing a deal, or that we were just commission.
Loved working with him, and would do it again! Strongly recommend to anyone looking at getting into a vehicle!!
