  Absolutely best workout of my life!! In and out in 30 mins, friendly helpful staff which make the workout fun! I have already noticed a difference in strength and inches in only 4 weeks!!! I look forward to my workouts always!!! Thank you so much!

  - 30 minutes in and out.
  - Friendly staff that push you in a supportive way.
  - No set schedule. Longest I’ve had to wait to get on the floor is 6 minutes.
  - I can feel muscles I haven’t felt in a long time.
  - Definitely whole body workout.
  - I like the workout summaries sent by emails and the ability to track success and set goals on the website.
  - Music most of the time. (Sometimes too much dance music.
  - Prefer the motivation of hard rock.)
  - Overall great vibe.

  It’s a fun way to keep in shape. No two workouts are the same. Push yourself as hard as you want, if you still have energy after the first 9 rounds, jump in for second round you will feel it! I always look like I just got out of the shower after every workout.
  The added bonus is the Trainers, they are awesome people who are there to help you obtain your goals and push you to the next level.

  Great space for working out. The staff are so helpful always watching to provide modifications if needed. Being able to just jump in when you can as opposed to waiting for class times is great. And the music is simply amazing!

  I was really impressed by the friendliness of the staff the first day I stepped in there. I saw the sign post and decided to go in to make some enquiry The staff that attended to me was so friendly that I made up my mind to check it out the next day. I did and there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to be part of this big family. Everyone is so friendly, the workout is phenomenal, plus I can go in at my own time. I am hooked!
