  One of the best massages I have had in a very long time! So friendly, accommodating and organized. I was blown away at how many modalities this clinic has, a little of everything for mind, body and spirit. Hard to find a one stop wellness shop like this in the city especially one that pays attention to all the small details. I will definitely be back. Thank you again for fitting me and my husband in last minute before we went away on our honeymoon.

  Inspire Centre and Safe4Life Personal Safety Training offered a Mother/Daughter Self Defense class this past weekend with a group of amazing women and teens. Stories, healing, skills and fun all wrapped into a few hours of incredible support and safety awareness. Many more aware women walking the streets today thanks to Sandra Goebel and Inspire Centre. Safe4Life honors your efforts to set this program up and bring us in to do the training. We look forward to more joint ventures.

  Had a massage with Eileen today. It was awesome!!! She listened to me when I explained my problem areas and she addressed them, and then some! Pressure was great and the hour felt longer. I will definitely be re-booking with Eileen.

  The Inspire Centre is a fabulous addition to our community. The clinic is tranquil and has a relaxing and professional feel. The therapists are excellent and I'm always happy with my massage experience. I've been seeing Sandra regularly for eight years and she always knows how to help whether it be with suggestions for stretches or after care instructions. She is thorough and knowledgeable. The online booking system makes scheduling simple any time of the day or night and parking is plentiful. I'm happy to recommend The Inspire Centre to anyone looking for a wellness clinic.
