  I'm doing a pretty cool renovation project at my house and not the usual ho-hum Reno. So I consulted with my electrical contractor's wholesaler ( I'm in construction). They steered me to a local company in Calgary called U Technology. I purchased my led components from the wholesaler and started hooking them up. Then I had another bright idea and was wondering if it was possible. I reached out to U Technology and they promptly responded with the information I needed. It's great to know that even in this day of "buyer disposal" once the sale is made, these guys stand behind they're business. Highly recommend U Technology to anyone doing lighting prohjects and more. Will absolutely use them again in the future.

  WOW! What a wonderful customer service you guys have! Mr. Karlen phoned me back within an hour of opening the store after I've sent an email last night. Oh how devastated I was when my electrician said that something is impossible and Karen was so calm, very helpful and knowledgeable to help me within minutes to solve the issue! My RGB led lights are working in multizone and it was so easy to pair each receiver with remote controller. Thank you guys so much! You saved my day and team is very THANKFUL!

  Customer service was extremely helpful in there attentiveness regarding long run installation of their tape lighting. With runs as long as 35', I received detailed instuction/drawings as to effectively wiring to avoid voltage drop. This allowed for a very professional finished look. Thanks utech...great product!!
