  Just had a basketball game in the upper-level gym. Floor was good decent size gym.

  This place has training rooms and equipment to suit all fitness styles. Their traditional gym area is good for strength training and bodybuilding. They have a room resembling a CrossFit gym as well, which is great for being able to move and do pretty much anything you want. And the field house is great for conditioning and getting some cardio in. AND their rates are incredibly affordable.

  As a military member, I may be biased but I think this is a very good gym. You have a field house with inner track, a cross fit room, a weight room, a corner for spin classes and a swimming pool. Everything is cleaned and in good conditions. The staff is helpful and at you disposition. A lot of tournament take places there.

  This is a great place to get a membership. Especially if you have children. This facility has it all! A pool... a giant field house, equipment you can rent out like kayaks. Its weight facility is okay. But can get over crowded during prime times due to it's long slender setup.
