Huge shout out to PT Jonathan who is always ready with a positive energetic attitude to support and guide you to help reach your goals whether it is one on one, or in a group setting. I have appreciated how involved and knowledgeable he is to switch and modify as needed to make sure I am always pushing forward and getting stronger!

I have struggled in the pass with making my fitness goals a priority but now I just have to show up online or at the studio. I truly look forward to those killer workouts!
