  Staff & Doctor were friendly & helpful. Fast efficient service since I couldn’t get a quick appointment with my family doctor. In & out in less than 45 min.

  I went in suspecting I had shingles. The first lady at the desk I encountered looked completely annoyed when I showed up and did not even acknowledge me until finally she glanced up and said "yes?". Then she expressed frustration at how long the wait time would be in which I replied that was fine I could wait.
  The Nurse that came in to ask why I was there was extremely friendly and was generally concerned to get the details accurate. She was lovely.
  The Doctor I saw was kind, but I found it extremely difficult to understand anything he was trying to communicate and honestly not really sure what was said besides that it was shingles. The other concern I had was that as I asked questions of concern such as spreading the virus to my children and family members at Christmas, etc etc he laughed at me at most of the questions I had. This made me feel belittled and dumb.
  However, I gave this place 3 starts because the one nurse was so kind and friendly, and the Dr. was kind and did take a swab to confirm it was shingles. The office called me back within a couple days to let me know it was which was appreciated. It should be communicated back that front end staff need to be friendly and approachable...we don't want to be there either! And that it is hard to have a conversation about your health when you can't communicate with your Dr.
  Overall, I have usually had a good experience at this clinic compared to others.
