(March 8, 2019, 9:40 pm)My 6 year old daughter needed a tooth pulled and was terrified to have it done. Dr. Jefferies was amazing with making her feel safe and calm. The rest of the staff who worked on her were great as well. She had to go back a couple of days later for her regular checkup and was of course apprehensive but again Dr. Jefferies, as well as the hygienist, went out of their way to make her feel safe and calm and were very patient with her. Highly recommend Parkstone Dental!

(February 23, 2019, 4:44 pm)It’s rare to find a physician of any type who you feel genuinely cares about you. This is not so with Dr. Jeffries and his staff; his passion for his commitment to his patients shows.
Another reason that will keep me attending his office is that he charges according to the American Dental Association guidelines so I know he isn’t overcharging my generous dental coverage plan. -

Everyone is very nice and as someone who gets anxious at the dentist, they did everything possible to make sure that I was comfortable and even checked in throughout my appointment to see if I needed a break! They also do a great job explaining what exactly they see happening with your teeth and showed me my x-rays so I could actually see what they were talking about.
