  Went out of his way to fit us in on short notice, and really went the extra mile in every aspect. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and made an extremely new and stressful situation quick and painless.

  Dave helped us find an infill property for the purpose of building a new house. He was pleasant and helpful from day 1, really taking the time to get to know what we were looking for and giving helpful advice about neighbourhoods and lot sizes. He even went into the rotting house we eventually purchased with us. When things got a little complicated with the sellers, Dave was so easy to contact and explained every step to us. We will definitely contact him again when we're ready to sell our current house.

  We just sold our house leveraging Dave in a very challenging market which meant we (a couple of rookies in the realty market) needed more help than the average bear. Dave made life easy, explained the steps and options at each and every fork in the road, nudged us when we needed to do something, as well as offered to help with things that were clearly not within the responsibility of a real estate agent. Dave takes ownership of the sale, knows his business, straight shooter, and all around great guy. Five Thumbs Up!

  Dave helped me purchase my first house. He was nothing short of professional and made the process absolutely effortless. He was available at any moment and found a number of homes in the areas, Price range and styles I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable about the market and what could work in certain areas.
