  Anthony walked us through the home buying process in phenomenal detail while assisting us with buying our first home. It took us a while to pick that home and Anthony was very patient through the entire process, listening to our likes and dislikes and returning with a number of homes spanning that range. He never pushed a sale an worked diligently when we found a home we wanted to put an offer on! Fantastic work, we've been recommending him to friends and family throughout the process!

  We were looking for a house that will meet our standards and he helped us find one and turned it into our new home. He is very open and really respect his client’s ideas and opinions which makes him very professional and humble at the same time. Also what we like the most is that he has numbers of options to offer and finds solutions to any problem that we had before :)

  For anyone looking to buy or sell their home I would highly recommend Anthony for the job! There are no words to explain our experience . We gave him an impossible check list and he nailed it! Not only did he find us a house but he found us a home. This was all done over the phone and from a province away. He took the time to narrow it down and only come to us with the house options that fit all our needs.

  Anthony Trang is a wonderful realtor and an amazing person to work with for my second home. I applaud him for having the patience to not only deal with my needs and wants but also by my friends and family. He took his time to learn what I liked and listen carefully to items that I did not want. Constantly checking up on new listing and ensuring they were too my liking before sending them to me. Every listing he sent was beautiful and met my standards and when my family commented on a problem, he was solution based and did not rush. He was willing to continue searching for my perfect home. With myself and my family we were sending him listings as well but once we let go, he found the perfect home for a great price. He took the time to educate me on where good family locations are, what to consider when I plan to resell and he took charge in negotiations, always asking for more and ensuring I was getting the right price. Never pushing for a sale but always ensuring I was happy. I would definitely recommend Anthony Trang and NXT Realty Group to all my friends and family! Thank you!

  There are good realtors, but then there is Anthony. My family and I started looking into buying a house almost a year prior to purchasing one. Throughout our search, Anthony, with his exceptional services, helped us narrow our choices based on our requirements and financial constraints. He is excellent at what he does. The house that we live in now comes nothing short to our dream house. I would 110% recommend him to any individual looking into buying a house.
