Amazing place! Super friendly staff that assisted my 6 year old in picking out his first board. They were super patient and awesome with him! We will be back and recommending friends and family

I recently bought a Red Paddle board from Easy Rider and they were fantastic from start to finish. Trey was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I went home to think about and pick up the next day was seamless, thanks to Griff. Quality service and a quality product.

We've shopped at the Easy Rider for a few years and can say it's Edmonton best board-sports shop. Their staff know their product inside out and take the time to know your needs to recommend the gear that will work best for you. Though we first went there for skateboards, their enthusiasm has been infectious and we've found ourselves discovering and loving snowboarding, too. Great people, great selection.

Excellent service. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, he spent lots of time explaining different products and gave me lots of options to choose from. I don’t really know a lot about snowboards but after visiting the store I feel like I took snowboard 101 lesson. Staffs are always willing to spent time with the customers and help them to get the right products. I bought my very first snowboard there and I’m so happy with the service and the board. Very fair prices too!

Having shopped at Easy Rider many many years ago when I was skateboarding I figured it was time to stop by the shop when we decided we wanted paddle boards. With virtually no knowledge of the gear we went in to discuss our possible options. Warren and his staff were great from the second we walked into the store.

They wasted no time in showing us all of the options and explaining each of them instead of just saying, here is the board you need and that's that. They didn't rush us with our purchase and there was no up selling involved at any point in time which is a rarity these days.

When you're looking at purchasing equipment I would strongly suggest you consider the source and the knowledge of the staff at the store. Sure, costco sells paddleboards but are they the right board for you? Probably not. Does costco have over ten years of experience selling them, they don't.

Best of all, support your local stores. The prices are the same as online but you get to talk to people with experience and see things first hand. We all know if something goes wrong the websites won't be there to save you.

Thanks to all of their help we had a great first cruise down the river the day after we bought the boards!
