  I took my daughter to find her grad dress. The service was okay for our appointment. My daughter and her friends walked through the store choosing what she might want to try on. We were given a piece of paper and shown what number to write down so the correct dress would be pulled from upstairs for trying on. We were not told there were different dresses upstairs. There really is no plan to how the store is laid out. Everything is everywhere! Be prepared to spend time wandering around the entire building! We assumed, wrongly, that the 5 dress limit was just 5 at a time. After the dresses where chosen, we had to hunt down our ‘consultant’ to pull the dresses. The rest of the appointment went smoothly, though the ‘no pictures’ rule is ridiculous! My daughter chose her dress, and we placed the order. We just picked it up yesterday, and it was the correct dress, correct colour, and seems to be the correct size. The girl behind the counter was not friendly at all when we walked in, but our ‘consultant’ was very nice. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely could have been better.

  I'd recommend coming well in advance of your appointment and looking online beforehand because the number of dresses they have is extremely overwhelming. It's very difficult to choose just 5 dresses (the number you can try on for free), and if you take too long (maybe 45-60 minutes) picking your 5, like I did, they'll move on to other customers and you'll have to come back another day. Though these details were poorly communicated to me, customer service was very friendly and helpful. They have great selection and the staff give good advice. Overall, a good option for high-quality products, just be aware of their system before you shop.

  Great service with such helpful staff who were honest about what looked good! There were also great selections with amazing prices. Definitely recommend!!

  We had an appointment, got there a bit early, but started our search for grad dress. So much selection. But my daughter had looked on the website before going in. She had a pretty good idea of what she wanted. We had screenshots from the website, so were able to ask1 for the gowns. The staff was very helpful. We had 5 dresses to try on. That was all it took! The lady helping us was so very patient. Let my daughter try on a couple of her favorites twice, to ensure she was making the best choice. I would recommend GEMINI BRIDAL to anyone. I feel they went above and beyond. Thanks for great service. Cannot wait for the dress to arrive!!
