The Homewood Clinic

Homewood has saved my life. As I have a past history with addiction and was sober for 3 years. The mental breakdown and attempt to just end it that I suffered was very swiftly looked at as a full blown relapse. My EFAP wanted to ship me off to a treatment center. Thankfully my substance abuse assessor saw I was truly suffering with PTSD as well as severe depression and anxiety. Homewood customized a program for me to deal with what was really plaguing me and that was mental health and not so much addiction.
Almost a year later and I use the tools taught me and I am back at work fully functioning knowing that if I feel things slipping away there is always hope because of what I learned at homewood.
I can honestly say if it was not for this program I don't know where or how I would be today, but it wouldn't be in the positive position I have created for myself.
