(November 14, 2019, 12:17 am)I live in BC and have booked an appointment with this facility. People complain of the wait times, but don't realize the wait time in other provinces is far worse. They were pleasant and very accomodating.

(June 14, 2019, 10:25 pm)Got a piece paper (for an xray) from my doc and I dropped in Friday afternoon. Waited for a bit and got the scan. Reception wasn't bad so idk why the bad reviews. The place looked pretty nice too

(September 9, 2017, 12:17 am)I found the staff do be very caring and kind. As I was registering for my Ultra Sound; I mentioned that I had a problem the day before with the Royal Alex's MRI machine. The receptionist really went out her way to help me find how to get another MRI booking quickly, who to talk to and what I would need from my doctor. The ultra sound was a long procedure, and very painful at tomes because they had to run the probe over an area that had suffered nerve damage. The operator though was very kind, gave me a chance to take breaks that helped me deal with the pain, even if it meant a longer procedure. The Doctor on duty came in to run his own scan to check out one more view. When I had questions, he answered them in detail and took the time to ensure I completely understood what he was saying. I left with a much better understanding of my injury than I came in with.
