  SNT is my favorite private studio in Edmonton. Clint is knowledgeable about form and technique. His understanding of proper technique and form has been beneficial in supporting people with injuries as Clint is able to offer alternative movements to help modify the exercise. Clint has a strong understanding of the intersection between life, health, and fitness and really supports people to pursue their health goals in a way that is sustainable to their lifestyle. He is incredibly personable and so encouraging. His classes are challenging (hello sweat fest!), unique, and fun! Each class offers a new combination of exercises and classes vary from a functional fitness circuits to crossfit style WODs to HIIT. I feel really welcome in this space and comfortable challenging myself to push harder.

  Great facilities and workouts! Clint is a great trainer who always is varying the workouts to keep it interesting. I highly recommend checking out one of his classes.

  Great facility with an extremely friendly staff. Amy has been awesome with personalized workouts that continue to challenge me. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you're looking for training in group classes or personal training individually!

  SNT is the best fitness centre in Edmonton. Clint is an incredible trainer that encourages you every step of the way. Setting fitness goals can be daunting but at SNT they are achievable and you have fun reaching them! SNT is inclusive to everyone of all fitness levels - all are welcome! If you're looking for a supportive place to get in shape - look no further!

  The classes at SNT are great! The trainers (especially Clint!) are really knowledgeable, and plan awesome workouts that are different every time. I love the variety, and always leave feeling like I had a great workout.
