I love that I get cardio, strength and variety all in one workout without having to think about what I need to do. I have lost almost 40 lbs and my Orange Theory routine is part of this success! Thank you team!

(April 23, 2019, 5:32 pm)I love Orangetheory! It’s sooo nice and so amazing. Head coach Devon is so nice, motivating and inspiring. Coach Jen is an excellent coach too and she is very cute; I love her to bits! I am addicted to Orangetheory!
I sometimes change my studios to get my workout in for the day, but Orangetheory downtown is my forever favourite!
The staff is amazing and helpful - everyone in and around the studio makes you feel amazing! What more is needed?! ♥️♥️♥️ -

(April 16, 2019, 4:08 pm)Front Desk people are friendly and helpful. Coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The workouts are challenging but also fun and they vary enough to always be interesting. Overall just a great experience.

(March 21, 2019, 1:17 pm)Been going to OTF downtown for around two months now and I love it! Jen is amazing! But I honestly haven’t found a trainer I didn’t like.
Their weekend hours aren’t fantastic but I think that’s because they actually give their trainers time off which I can appreciate. Would 100% recommend this studio for anyone looking for a good workout!
