(March 5, 2020, 6:02 pm)Not sure why all the bad reviews for this location--I had a perfectly acceptable experience. If you're surprised by healthcare workers being maybe a bit brusque with you, you must have been very lucky to catch every single healthcare professional you've ever met on their very best day. These poor ladies and gentleman deal with a lot of stress, unnecessary rudeness, and abuse for things not within their control--I am honestly much more surprised when their mood is impeccable than I am when they're a bit less than perfectly bubbly.
The people who helped me here were professional, efficient, and polite. I arrived as a walk-in and had a very reasonable wait time, though I would have understood if the wait had been much longer as I chose not to make an appointment. My blood draw was painless and quick and the instructions given for other tests I had to do were clear and concise.
The lab can be a bit tricky to find if you've never been to this location before just because it's in a very large office building. I asked the security guard at the front desk downstairs for direction. It's on the second floor. Follow the signage posted on the walls to get to the medical area and the Dynalife door is clearly marked. -
