I called Edmonton Appliance Repair Doctor to help me out, and they immediately sent their specialist to lend a hand. The repairman took care of the crossed wires and got the unit cooled quickly. He also advised me of the things to remember when using a unit such as mine!

He was able to help me with my defective freezer that was continuously running. Turned out the temperature control thermostat was the problem. Five stars for their awesome freezer repair service!
