  This shop is STELLAR. They never let me down. Bernadine, Phillip & shop manger Mike are knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Myself, husband & 2 sons have been bringing our cars to them for about 20 years. I am so happy the same WONDERFUL staff have relocated to the shiny new store.
  
  I have never felt like I’ve been taken for a ride by this shop. I won’t pull anyone’s leg and tell you every job in the last 20 years on 5 different vehicles driven yearly has been perfect. But I will tell you this, if the workmanship or parts were faulty in anyway, the staff here are very quick to rectify it. 99% perfect, they are human.
  
  Even when our pocket books have been tight and we decided to do repairs ourselves. They take the time to give us helpful tips & tricks to ensure we are successful completing the job.
  
  Thank you guys for keeping Me & mine safe in our travels! We really appreciate it ❤️

  I enjoyed the professionalism demonstrated by the head manager of the auto department. Prompt with part orders, honest and never do I feel like I'm getting "taken for" has price matched and even got me cheaper prices on parts. I have done all my auto business with them and when I wondered about doing my own repair. The manager actually had a mechanic in the shop give me a quick rundown on how to fix it my self!! Great shop, great management!

  Not impressed that it took 2 and a half hours to do a tire change on my car, when it got taken in on time at the set appointment time. When my car was brought in at 1000, I was told about an hour. So I went for breakfast nearby and shopped around canadian tire until 1130. At this time, I went to check in on the status and was told they were backed up and it should be another 30 minutes. By the time I got my car, it was 1230. It was a waste of my time to wait there that long when I could have made arrangements for a ride to go home during the time to do something productive. They also were not apologetic at all. The job got done but the customer service was terrible.
  
  Update: I've change my rating from 2 stars to 3. The Service Manager, Mike, gave me a complimentary synthetic oil change in apology for my frustration with the lack of communication. I was surprised and impressed with quick follow up of my experience. Thanks Mike!

  Whether it's peak busy hours, or slow and nearing closing time, I've only had good experiences at this location. The staff are super friendly and willing to help. Sometimes that makes all the difference and they genuinely seem to want to be there. The one staff member that was working tonight, successfully pointed myself and 3 other people ahead of me in the right direction. With an upbeat and professional attitude I would like to give a shout out to that gentleman! I would visit again for all of my potting plant and drain cleaner needs.

  This is a new location and it is convenient from where I live. It’s the latest and greatest from Canadian Tire. It’s not a Home Depot or a Walmart but something in between. It’s well known for its automotive and tire section. There is also Gardening, Sports, Home Decor and storage. Prices are reasonable and you can find pretty much anything for your home. It’s well lit and clean, checkout was friendly and courteous and fast. I come here often and I will return.
