(December 28, 2018, 8:43 pm)Wells Fargo is known as a huge impersonal conglomerate (as are all large corporations). However, walk into the Ferndale branch of Wells Fargo, and you feel like you are walking into a bank of yesteryear: friendly, accommodating, personable! No, we do not get what we want everytime we go there (e.g. fees reversed, stopping a bill pay, etc.... all mistakes that were ultimately our fault), but they've always try to help us as much as they can... and never any attitude! As long as we have the Ferndale branch to rely on, our 20+years with WF will turn into a lifelong relationship.

(April 3, 2018, 2:57 am)I couldn't be more happier with this Bank. It has everything I need and I'm very pleased with online banking. I recently forgot my debit card at home, simply got an access code for the ATM and withdrew the money I needed for the day. The staff at the Ferndale Branch are very helpful and professional.
