When I earned my Pilates teacher certification, I wanted the best mentor that I could find. Naturally, I contacted Colleen. Over the years, she’s helped me recover from injuries, given me creative techniques for approaching my students’ problems & made me laugh out loud, more times than can count. Colleen is truly a teacher’s teacher. I highly recommend her.

(August 27, 2018, 3:37 am)Colleen helped re-establish my core strength after the birth of my second child. She helped me get stronger and re-align my body from years of holding kids on my hips. I really enjoyed my time with her and learning how to use all the fun equipment in her arsenal.

Colleen was my Pilates instructor from 2014 to the present. When we started our weekly sessions she would ask me "How is your body feeling today?" She listened to my answers and tailored the sessions to address any problems I had. I left those classes feelings 10 years younger! She is a caring person. She knows when to challenge me and when to pull back.As a former nurse, her knowledge of the human body makes her an instructor that you can trust. I am 70 years old and in the best shape of my life!
