Their product is a pocket diaper, a waterproof shell with a soft fleece lining, that hold a re-usable pad that is tucked in between. This design allows for adjustment of absorbency, based on what's needed. The diaper itself is very adjustable as each is adorned with rows of snaps, which allows for the diaper to be able to "grow" with the user, before the next size is needed. Great, great system.
If you are looking for a re-usable product that is hand manufactured in the USA, AND does not require pins, SNAPEZ Diapers are what you want to try. -

(April 10, 2018, 12:04 pm)I have a five year old with special needs. We diapered her as a baby but as she got older nothing fit. We had to go to disposables. I was over the moon to find a company that makes larger pocket diapers for my little super soaker! I love them and just ordered more! The diaper is well made and will last us quite a while.
