(October 12, 2018, 6:11 pm)I have never felt more cared for and understood at a medical facility than at this Planned Parenthood. Everyone here is kind and helpful and makes me feel completely at ease. They explained everything to me thoroughly and was patient and funny in a very uncomfortable situation. The building is beautiful and has a HUGE parking lot. There is a restroom but it is for patients ONLY. It's clean and comfortable inside.
The only negative I'd give is the check in process on the iPads. Especially when it has to be done on repeat patients. It's a bit long and convoluted, but I guess it saves paper and trees. :/ -

(April 14, 2018, 1:53 pm)The staff here are fantastic and very kind, they always do their best to figure things out. They've started using a new system which is electronic and it can be a little tedious, but the staff are patient and genuinely helpful. I have not had a negative experience here.
