Kate Polselli is an awesome agent. I had an interest in buying a home but at a much lower price than asking. She said let’s just put in your offer and was excited to do so, it was rejected. Kate asked me about it two weeks later and she recommend a new price, higher but still well below asking. This offer was accepted. I found out that my offer was accepted the day before I took a ten day European vacation. Kate said “no problem, I’ll handle this”. She insured my earnest money was deposited, took care of inspections both home and septic. She insured my lender was up to speed and kept me informed of everything via e-mail and text. I work crazy overnight hours this was never a problem, Kate always worked around my hours to insure everything went smooth. She provided a list of utilities and numbers that I would need to call and a time line in which to do so. She provided moving boxes and referrals for movers. This was all done without pressure or being asked to do so. I highly recommend Kate for your realtor needs.

Alana did an amazing job guiding us through the crazy and complicated process of purchasing a home. She had no qualms about showing us the homes more than once, and was able to get thorough answers to all our questions about the property very quickly. She was a comfortable presence while viewing homes, always there to answer questions or bounce ideas with; but never intrusive. Once we found a home we loved she provided the expert guidance we needed. Throughout the process, whether it was price negotiations, inspection, financing etc, she explained what/why/when things would happen. She was always accessible and would respond to our communications quickly and professionally. She was present during the inspection and made sure everything was taken care of. Alana went so far as to provide us with packing supplies and offer to rent the moving truck! We had a smooth closing and she congratulated us with a thoughtful gift basket.
