  We love North Sound! We had a pretty bad experience with our newborn daughter at Cordata Peacehealth Pediatrics and were recommended by a friend to try North Sound. Our doctor is Lisa Brodsky and she is so wonderful with our daughter and makes a stressful experience somewhat enjoyable ???? The nurses and office team are always super friendly and great to work with.

  We love North Sound Family Medicine! All the doctors and staff that we've interacted with have been kind and accommodating. Everyone has been so patient with all my questions as a new parent, and it's wonderful to have after hours services available through the urgent Care clinic and on call physician line. I'm grateful for the excellent care they've provided to my family.

  I have been using this clinic for well over 25 years and have always had incredibly wonderful help and service. The doctors are all very kind and caring as is the support staff. I highly recommend this clinic.

  I recently transferred from within this network to Dr. Patrick McLaughlin's care. Dr. McLaughlin is my wife's doctor and after attending her appointment with him, I immediately requested a transfer. His approach to interacting with my wife, and now me, is what we both believe a doctor should strive for. He's very knowledgeable about current medical research, lets us give our history of our complaint, and explains his decisions thoroughly without being condescending. The guy's personable--wow! The office staff is friendly; his nurses are open, patient, and helpful. Within the massive, faceless, non-responsive bureaucracy that US medicine has become, somehow Dr. McLaughlin and his staff (nursing, lab, and office) slipped through to provide us with excellent care with a human face.

  I was surprised to find negative reviews about North Sound. I have been well taken care of there for 15 years seeing a variety of doctors. I've never been treated rudely and have been able to see someone when I need to (even if my doctor isn't immediately available.) I use their patient portal to handle routine items and have found all aspects of their business easy. I have found being a part of Family Care Network helpful and especially so for when family members are at the hospital. I have no suggestions for improvement which is rare for me.
