  Great place to get everything for your RV. They do great work at an honest price. They are willing to help with all your problems and needs, including helping trouble shoot issues while shopping for parts. For the guy that said things are cheaper on Amazon, did you bother to check pricing on the same item, because I've found their pricing comparable? Did you call Amazon and ask for trouble shooting advice or ideas? As you are complaining that a brick and mortar family owned local business that actually offers customer service and support was somewhat pricier than Amazon (sorry for the rant, just a pet peeve when people compare local family business with service to a global conglomerate)

  I joined the RV community just about a year ago when I bought a used 2005 Roadtrek camper van. Let me start off by saying I've probably made more than my share of newbie mistakes. Thank goodness for Al's! They are welcoming, kind, and so helpful. They walked me through issues with batteries, caulking, and holding tanks. When I reached the edges of my budget they let me know which work I could do myself. Leaving on a trip in a few days feeling completely confident that my rig is in tip-top shape!

  Very nice people and very professional work.
  Nice warm corner when you have to wait with coffee, tv, restrooms by a warm pellet stove.
  We won't go anywhere else for our RV work and supplies.????

  I highly recommend Al’s RV they fixed the roof of our toy hauler exactly in the time frame given communicated throughout the whole process. They go above and beyond when it comes to service and their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend them for service/repair and their retail store.

  I brought an old truck camper with a leaky roof to Al's and they did a great job making the correct repair at a fair price. The first attempt to repair the issue focused on re-caulking some obvious gaps, but unfortunately it did not resolve the issue. I took the camper back and they identified electrolysis damage on the roof and painted on a new roof which solved the problem. I also had Al's install a solar panel and remove an old TV antenna while they were making the roof repair, both of which we done well and I expect will last a long time. The camper has been outside through most of the wet season with no signs of leaks- it worked! The staff at Al's is awesome and were great to work with. While the first attempt to fix the leak failed, they were very responsive in working with me to get the correct repair done. I've since gone to Al's to get other RV supplies and have them install an electric trailer brake controller on my truck, which was done quickly and works well. I'm thankful to have Al's in my area and am confident they can troubleshoot any issue I might have and make repairs at a reasonable price.
