From the moment you walk through the door you can feel the warmth that this cabin offers and not just because you took your boots off in the mudroom and you're now standing on heated tiles with happy feet.
Thoughtful details and beautiful finishes highlight the cabin's clean design.
With a wall of windows that look out onto the beautiful Trout River, The Lodge is perfectly positioned to enjoy the sights and sounds of the outdoors while snuggling up on the expansive and inviting sofas.
My family and I were lucky enough to stay here and see the leaves turn and change color for a week. We ventured out in a different direction everyday after making breakfast together and we were all so happy to return and fix dinner in the perfectly appointed kitchen with the ever-present ambient sounds of the river in the background.

Seriously relaxing.

Beds, pillows and linens were cozy, felt new and chosen for warmth.
With a washer and dryer in the cabin you can pack half as much as you think you need, wash the day's adventures off and start out again in the morning.
We were a party of 4 adults and one toddler, and we had plenty of room to spread out and with 1 and 3/4 bathrooms we had plenty of room to clean up, too.

Everything was perfect and my only wish was that we could have stayed longer.

Trout River Lodge, I'll be back.
