(August 23, 2021, 9:22 pm)Trying to be nice, but I had to sit at the window, needlessly holding up other people when I could have just parked and waited. I offered to even. Twice. I guess I should have just taken it upon myself and went and parked so the people behind me could pick up their orders. Add to this their app canceled one item in my order. I didn't find out until picking up my order. The item was canceled due to caramel drizzle being sold out at this store ...

(July 23, 2021, 8:50 pm)Staff are always beyond friendly and accommodating to difficult orders. Drive thru times are much improved, consistency isn't always there for the drinks but if you say something they will try to make it right.
