Whether you are a newbie or a practiced yogi, this is the studio for you! They welcome all levels and have modifications or next level cues depending on the students skill level.
I'm obsessed with the Vinyasa flow class!!
Barre class is so fun!! The more you go, the better you get, and again, offering modifications depending on skill level.
Make sure to bring a water bottle and sweat towel, all of the classes work your body head to toe! I love it!! -

(October 27, 2019, 8:29 pm)I might have a bit of a bias because I teach the barre classes at the studio, but I have really loved taking the yoga classes. I wasn’t a yogi before but really got hooked after taking my first traditional hot class. After class I always feel like a million bucks.
Oh and the barre classes are so much fun!! -
