(February 3, 2020, 10:06 pm)Excellent phlebotomist, painless, polite, efficient, nice gentleman...woman at desk was not so friendly; no smile, grumpy personality, so it appeared; complaining about another staffer. People have bad days, no one is on 100% of the time. She isn't there to entertain us but a smile would go far. 5 stars for the phlebotomist. 0 stars for making women urinate into a tiny plastic container. I will bet this was a LEAN decision! It needs to be addressed and bring back the "hat" for women to use.
