(February 19, 2019, 9:59 pm)I went to a service here not long ago. I wasn’t impressed with the approach taken by the staff. It was an old school message consisting of guilt and shame which was thinly disguised as optimism. The messages intent was good;however, when one speaks in this negative manner the good part of the message gets lost in that negativity and the listener is left with a message of consequence as opposed to a message of divinity.
If you win the hearts of people they will follow and it is a positive experienced for everyone - if you try to get them to follow through fear; the whole relationship is shrouded in negativity and the good intent gets lost.
