Peter made the buying process much less stressful and intimidating than it could have been. Peter Fourlas understood my needs and ensured that in each viewing those needs were top of mind. He was honest and up front around the pros and cons of each property we visited as well as making sure the home was consistent with my needs.
Peter was extremely accessible and made time for any showings I was interested in pursuing. Post sale Peter went above and beyond to ensure my comfort level and that any outstanding issues were addressed by the sellers agent.
Peter also was able to recommend a mortgage broker and legal counsel to assist making the experience one stop shopping. My mortgage broker, Angela Quartly, was fantastic with ongoing communication and doing everything she could to get me the best rate possible.

Working with Pete has been great. He was recommended by (several!) friends that bought a home through him that have nothing but positive words to say about him.
He was knowledgeable and on key with the entire home searching and home buying process. Always accessible and had no problems working around our schedules or fixing issues. There was unforeseen issues with our agreed upon possession date and Pete immediately took care of it and got an agreeable date shift that saved our bacon.
