  I love how motivational all the coaches are! I struggle with my depression and anxiety but coming to the gym has been helping me so much. I love how I don’t need to think about what workouts to do; each day they are all planned out and the coaches always help me if I need! Thank you so much for the amazing atmosphere. I was always afraid to go to the gym but not anymore.

  I like the heart rate on the screens - it keeps you honest! I like the trainers - enthusiastic and they get the most out of you! I like the workouts - no two are the same, and most importantly I don't have to think. With today's busy lifestyles its nice to just come in, leave the phone in the truck, and mentally relax while physically working.

  OTF Regina East is an awesome place to workout. The coaches are enthusiastic, supportive and kind. After over 3 years there, I’ve never done the same workout twice. Try it! You won’t regret it.

  I love the classes and I love the coaches! I never thought I would enjoy the gym as much as I do now. The coaches there are personable so it makes for a super friendly environment
