  Paul was, in a word, awesome !!! We redid our kitchen. He was knowledgeable and helping in the choosing of product. He handled all the communication between Coast and the cabinet builder. He was super efficient and delightful to work. Our experience was hassle free. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

  5 stars for the sale side of things. 1 star for the service. 2 stars for price.
  
  Very knowledgeable sales staff and I felt I was quite educated on fridges by the time I made my decision.
  
  Unfortunately, the service side of things doesn't match up. Once I gave them my money things went south. We had to wait for the fridge to be ordered, which is fine, but we needed to call them many times to find out when the fridge was in so that we could arrange a time for delivery. Wouldn't it be easier for them to phone us when the fridge was in, rather than us guessing? When we made an arrangement for the fridge to be delivered we had waited around all morning waiting for it to come, but it never did... When we called them back they let us know that they made some kind of mistake booking it, so now we have to wait longer for our fridge. Fortunately, our last fridge is still running...
  
  Very disappointing. The sale price of the fridge was actually the same price of the fridge elsewhere, but we bought it here because of the great sales service. Had we known that the service side would be so dismal, I would have waited for a sale at the other company in order to save a couple hundred dollars.
  
  *As a note since I posted my review, Coast Appliances has reached out to me and made efforts to make it right so that our next experience is better. I do appreciate this and hope that next time I shop there, the service after the purchase will be as good as the service I received beforehand.

  I am a real customer who was performing a install for a customer of coast. I own a company that does install for all different types of customers and deals with retail stores a lot in my day to day operations. Manager Jeff is not only a great person and business man he also cares about his customers and doing right by them even in difficult situations. I can honestly say that his knowledge and commitment to his customers is second to none, he is honest and transperant and is more than willing to go over and above for his customers and contractor doing their installs. This is very difficult to find nowadays especially in the retail market. If your in the market for quality appliances and the follow up service I would strongly recommend this company because they stand behind the products they sell and will be honest and treat you with respect and dignity.

  Bought a floor model fridge and it was delivered today. Good sales team to deal with. They knew the products and were helpful in figuring out two options that would work, giving me spec guides, measuring. Delivery team was awesome. Called early am to book a time. Arrived exactly when promised on first business day following purchase. Very careful about not damaging house and helpful and nice guys. This is our second Coast appliance purchase.
