  Able was very quick to get someone out to see my ac unit. The tech (Logan) that came out was very helpful and I appreciated the time he took to explain the options and give me his honest opinion on what would be the best steps to take. I was very impressed with the service we received from able!

  My air conditioning broke down on one of the absolute hottest days we had last summer. A power outage that day may have contributed to the failure. Able Plumbing was the authorized dealer for my system, so I gave them a call (had never used them before). It was the weekend but they had a tech that was on call, get back to me asap. We discussed the a/c issue and extra charge for after hours service. The tech said he'd be by much sooner than I figured. He was right on time and had the problem diagnosed in a matter of minutes. He was very pleasant and informed me of the cost to repair it. There was other issues that needed attention, but he said they could wait until after the weekend, during normal business hours so I wouldn't have to pay the overtime rate for weekend service. He got the a/c working for the weekend and came back early next week to finish the rest of the non-critical work. Charges were extremely fair for labour and parts. Everything has worked perfect since then. I'd highly recommend this company, if you're wondering who to call for your furnace or air conditioning etc. The staff at the front desk are also wonderful to deal with.
