(December 11, 2020, 6:35 am)I wanted to upgrade my phone and there were awesome black Friday deals! I called this store and they had the only phone I wanted left in stock weyburn! I asked if they would hold it for me, as I was on my way. (My 6 month old was crying while I was on the phone with them). When I walked in, Kelli greeted me immediately, saying I must have called about the samsung. When I asked her how she knew, she said because I could hear my kids, and now here i was with them in tow! She quickly got everything hooked up with my new phone and found me the proper accessories. She helped my 5 year old find the washroom and assured me it was perfectly OK with her if I needed to breastfeed my baby to calm him! And if that wasn't enough for a 5 star review, she was able to get my monthly bill lowered by $50 a month! She was kind, very friendly and efficient! Will definitely do business there again! Thank you!

(November 28, 2020, 2:50 pm)I was in self isolation and unable to make it to the store. Kelli called me to ask me how I am doing and make sure I wasn’t without anything in need. She knew I was waiting for the deals Black Friday brings and informed me of a few options available with my free upgrade. She had everything handled over the phone and stopped by on her own time to personally deliver my new phone to my door step!!!

(November 27, 2020, 11:24 pm)Called Prairie Mobile about their Black Friday deals and they did not have the phone I wanted in store so they put me on a raincheck list. They called me the next day saying my phone was in! Dealt with Jennifer and she was wonderful! Highly recommend this location.
