(August 12, 2019, 4:31 pm)i recently brought my older truck to get some work done but wasn't sure I wanted to put the money into it as the engine had a bit of a knock. John took a look at it and thought that the knock went away so I decided to go ahead and get some work done. However the knock came back the day I went to pick up the truck so a couple days later I brought it back to John to check. He then said that the knock was actually serious and he should've caught that before we spent the money on it. So John said he would refund me all the money that I put into it so I wasn't out a dime. Awesome, I will be bringing all our vehicles to him in the future.
