This is my "home" branch. My brother banks here as well as my Grandma. They have been nothing but good to my family and I. We recently had a big life change for my Grandmother and they have helped us make the change much easier.
Had problems setting up my accounts online and ended up having to go in. Didn't have an appointment or anything, Elsie Chen came up to me, asked if I needed help, and she found out what was wrong with my account. I highly praise her and and so glad that she helped me fix it!
This would have been no stars, if it wasn't for Trevor the manager. I didn't have a good experience on a recent visit. But I am very impressed that the manager called me to apologize. He was very professional and frendly. I can say because of my talk with him I am a happy customer.
