  Went into the Hillberg store a few days ago, browsing the mall on a cold morning and had the biggest pleasure of meeting a beautiful tall British girl who I swear I thought was the model of the company! She offered me a beverage and we chatted for a long while she was so kind and wasn't pestering me trying to sell hard which most retailers do instead we just chatted and she tried things on me that she thought would suit me, I felt pampered, I wasn't planning on buying anything but the silver necklace from one of the collections just looked perfect on me plus I got a free pair of sparkle ball earrings that look like ice perfect for my daughter's birthday! I will definitely be coming back as the service you get there is just amazing, you won't find a seller trying to make commission but a friend making your day and make you feel beautiful!

  I love Hillberg & Berk. The service here is always great. Very friendly staff! Love the jewellery.

  I was humbled by the kindness of complete strangers today at the Hillberg and Berk Center Mall location this evening. I went into the store to see if the staff could help me out with a small issue with the necklace I had purchased. As per usual they were more than helpful and were able to completely solve the issue. They then went above and beyond and made my day as I explained my health issues of late, they gifted me a beautiful set of sparkle ball earrings...put the sparkle right back in my heart. Can’t say enough about the great service that I always get, but today you made this girl shine again. Thanks Jenna, Hannah and Kylie ????
