  The customer service at this location was exceptional. One employee in particular, MIKE, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new handheld device. Mike made sure I got the best possible deal by informing me about the trade in policy. He was able to set up my new contract with no complications and honor the deal I had set up previously with the bell representatives on the phone. Mike made the transition to my new device smooth by helping me transfer my old photos & apps to my new device . He also made sure I selected a case that was suited to my needs and even put on the screen protector for me. Mike was friendly, trustworthy, and very efficient at his job. Overall I would definitely recommend this location because of the outstanding customer service I received. Thank you!!!! :)
