The clinic was really respectful of our feelings over the loss of our 20 year old cat. They explained everything that was needed to determine what was wrong with her, and were very compassionate with the decision that we felt was the best for her.

Dr. Rachel has always been AMAZING! Incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough. All the staff (admin, techs, and vets) are so friendly and caring. No matter why we need to visit, we've always left satisfied with the service we've received. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was very nervous to come to this clinic as you can see some of the reviews aren’t the greatest. The veterinarians and staff have been great with my puppy. They explained everything to me and call me with updates every couple of hours.

Staff are very friendly. Parking is free, which is nice. We had an appointment and waited 45 minutes past the appointment time to be seen. Vets are students at various stages of training, but there is also an actual vet there. Vets are very knowledgeable and kind.

I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for saving my dog's life about month ago. They were so good at keeping me updated about her condition. I will definitely recommend this clinic to any small pet owners I come across. Amazing staff, which is so important when you're going through a really tough time.
