(January 16, 2019, 1:55 am)Came in for a case and screen protector, staff was welcoming and willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I know most stores offer to install your tempered screen and case but the female who served me didn't seem bothered by it at all which was a nice experience and deserves some bonus points, service with a smile ????

Nicholas was very helpful and booked me in at other location and provided a loaner phone. Very positive & professional person. Great asset to this store. ????????.
I hope centre mall location get some better customer care training and not get defensive when a customer is not very happy. -

(August 8, 2018, 7:23 pm)I cracked my phone a night before a two week vacation, but when I called Apple, they informed me that Jump.ca would be able to help me. And they most certainly did. Jory was awesome and helped me out. Very informative and helpful. The store also offered data backup and restoration onto my new phone, which was helpful given my situation. And Jory even stayed past closing time until my phone set-up was completed. Great service!
