Love Dr. Parker I have been going to him since I was a baby he gets 5 stars - but the office staff gets a solid 1. Quite possibly the worst most unhelpful receptionists I have ever dealt with - and consistently too. This isn't just a review of one experience this is a review of the last 4-5 years of going to this clinic. After my phone call with them today - where they told me my options were - wait until Jan - but they can't book me in because they can't schedule that far in advance so actually call back in November - or wait until Jan. Because they gave me no options and even said I am not allowed to see any other Doctors at the same clinic, even though one is even accepting new patients. Its unacceptable and unfortunately we will be finding a new Dr. because of this. Too bad because Dr. Parker really is great and so were the other Doctors at this office!

**Update - the nurses are amazing - and the last time I was there they had all new office staff and were SO MUCH BETTER!

Fairly new to this office but it has been the best I’ve been to in town. I don’t mind waiting for great service, and that was only one time for me! It is a very clean clinic, receptionist and nurses are friendly. The pharmacy is very convenient, helpful, and kind. I’m sticking around!
